I travel far to buy & have cars serviced at Bernardi because of the high quality of the cars & the care by all sales & service personnel. I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all. Artie is a good listener so he helped me know about the car choices which I would like. I love that I can ask questions and know he is knowledgeable and has my best interests in mind. Vivian helped find discounts and what was needed to be done for my 100k servicing of my prius. She answered all my questions and helped facilitate the process so I didn't have as long to wait while the car was being serviced. I am certain my next car will be bought at Bernardi Toyota!

After hitting a pothole and blowing out my rim and tire I am extremely happy with how it was handled with service writer Dave Auchterlonie. Thank you so much for going to bat with the insurance company for me! As promised new rim and tire were there on time and he was also able to change my maintenance appointment to save me a trip back. I soooo appreciate your help. Will highly recommend my friends come in and see you guys.

"Great job by Jailene Casillas at Bernardi Toyota, Framingham"

Jailene Casillas was the service consultant that looked up the pricing for my 4 Michelin Tires and the front-end brakes and rotors. She was very friendly, efficient and found me additional discounts for the tires (buy 3 get 4th for $1) from Michelin. She found a $10 coupon off the electronic alignment as well. Bernardi saved me $500 as compared to written estimates from Midas (Westborough) and NTB (Shrewsbury). We got a great deal when we purchased our 2014 Highlander and have been very impressed by the service. This from a guy who normally does all his own car work and normally thinks, "The dealerships overcharge customers", but with Bernardi I have had to retract that statement. Bernardi provides good pricing and does not try to push repairs that are not required. I have checked, by pulling off the wheels and checking myself. They are honest in their estimates of the work to be performed and they have excellent waiting area while waiting or provide short rides to and from the dealership. My Infiniti is about due to be replaced and I think I will go with Bernardi and get a Toyota to replace the Infiniti (good car but service center as Herb Chambers over charged on estimates, so I always did all the brake, wheel bearing and strut work myself). I would trust Bernardi to do the work with OEM parts and complete the job correctly. Well done Bernardi and a special thanks to Jailene Casillas.
