Great experience overall with this facility. Bernardi Volvo is customer oriented, particularly Service advisor Drew went above and beyond to get my car servicing done on time. Drew even sent me videos of how my car was being serviced and explains about the additional services needed and sought my inputs. The facility is also very well maintained. Excellent service and turnaround time. The service desk was extremely knowledgeable about the XC90. They were patient with my questions and very understanding with my frustrations regardin The service desk was extremely knowledgeable about the XC90. They were patient with my questions and very understanding with my frustrations regarding the brakes. At 25,000 miles the XC90 needs to have brake pads and rotors replaced at the same time. Which is uncommon for such low miles. The cost of the work is 2k out of pocket. The only solution they can provide is to get the work done with the dealership. It was a shock. They made sure my car was washed, when I picked it up. Thank you team. More
