Most service items were handled perfectly. One minor light issue was missed. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life, their entire department is full of LIARS. They are truly a disgrace and I hope that on some level they feel ashamed of themselves. in my entire life, their entire department is full of LIARS. They are truly a disgrace and I hope that on some level they feel ashamed of themselves. The service department here is an absolute nightmare. I don't wish having to deal with them on my worst enemy. My vehicle was there for over a month. They repeatedly blatantly lied to me. They would PROMISE to run diagnostics and give updates, and I would repeatedly go multiple days and multiple phone calls and text messages (why even offer this option if you're not going to respond) without getting a response from them. I finally had to insist on towing my vehicle from the premises (at my own cost, LOL) because as it turns out, they literally had not touched the vehicle. They are liars, plain and simple. Unacceptable on every level. Strongly encourage anyone thinking of bringing in a vehicle here for service to explore ANY / EVERY other options before doing so, you will be disappointed. More

Just picked up our factory ordered 2021 Volvo XC60. Sales Manager Kevin Planchon was terrific to work with. Best attribute is his responsiveness, with his patience and politeness tied for second. The other members of his team, especially Jon Yeshulas, Silvano Senn, and John in Finance, were great contributors to our positive experience.
