He was very thorough during the information intake portion. Steve took great care of me- from test drive to walking me through options and features. Even more importantly to me- i never felt for one minute like i was dealing with a salesperson (which i hate so this was crucial). Steve and sales manager Sam made my choices easy, transaction smooth and fair, and within a week i was in my new car (including Steve driving up and back to Burlington VT in one day to get it for me).
