They took a look at my trade and actually gave me a real offer that was at the high end of the KBB value. Less than 24 hours later I was driving my new SUV! Here's where the real customer service comes in: My wife scraped the new car on day 3 backing out of the garage! I called Alfonso who met me at the service station in a snowstorm and had his crew buff out the scratch at no charge! Find me another dealer and another car salesman who take care of his customers like that. The new XC90 is a dream and you should definitely buy it from Alfonso and Robert! More

Our salesman, Alfonso, was pretty funny, personable and honest, he didn't push us at all. He was honest about payments, financing options and details about different models, etc. In another 8 years will be back to buy a Volvo from him again for our son! So happy with our choice - the XC 90 is breathtaking and more bang for your dollar too. More
