Robert Fish and Alfonso, the manager of Volvo of Wellesley changed that. The great price of my new XC90 was negotiated via email before I came in. They took a look at my trade and actually gave me a real offer that was at the high end of the KBB value. Less than 24 hours later I was driving my new SUV! Here's where the real customer service comes in: My wife scraped the new car on day 3 backing out of the garage! I called Alfonso who met me at the service station in a snowstorm and had his crew buff out the scratch at no charge! Find me another dealer and another car salesman who take care of his customers like that. The new XC90 is a dream and you should definitely buy it from Alfonso and Robert! More

I was able to shop, test drive, get quotes and do all the paperwork in about 3 hours. In the past it had been close to an all day affair. You almost wanted to pack a lunch.
