Work took a whole day. I asked for a specific to be taken care off twice (state inspection), it was not done, i was not told it was not done, and when I took the car to a s I asked for a specific to be taken care off twice (state inspection), it was not done, i was not told it was not done, and when I took the car to a state inspection shop to get it done and over it was discovered that a simple part was missing so the car didnt passed it. Have Ogden done the Inspection as I asked that item would have been taken care of. By far the worst expeirence I have had on an Infiniti dealer since I bought my first car. More
