It’s been about two months since I traded in my 2002 750 for a new 2025 760i. The buying experience was in line with what I expect when purchasing a $100k+ vehicle. Not only did the “Two Mikes” find the exact vehicle I wanted, they had it shipped in from out of state…just for me! Don’t see it on the lot? Go see Mike Ford, tell him what you want and he’ll find it. Perhaps my favorite part of the experience was their commitment to working the way I wanted to. I communicated I did not want to spend more than 1 hour at the dealership. The “Mikes” were able to do almost all of the paperwork with me digitally. I pulled into the dealership, was greeted with some BMW flare (thanks, Mike), shown the vehicle and headed directly to the finance department. Literally sign and drive! I came in for a routine oil change and check up. Setting up the appointment was easy and on my schedule. Check in the day of the appointment was seamless event though I was about 10 minutes late. The video by the tech and the recommendations for additional work were timely and the work was well done. The waiting area was well appointed with coffee machine and fridge with water. Chairs were comfortable as well. I also had time to check out the new cars. Always a plus. More
Dealer kept my car for two full days saying there was an issue with diagnosing a repair.
