My car has been in for service more times than I care to mention. Sucks, right? I've said it before, I rarely have to wash my car because it will be in the shop for some warranty repair reason and service a mention. Sucks, right? The car has been a pain, but it is what it is... My 5-star review is for the service personnel. Literally, the ONLY reason I'm still with BMW is because of Mirnes and the service department. I was really disappointed that my original service advisor Evan left, but Mirnes took over my account and is amazing! I've thought of purchasing a different car, (not BMW) but I really enjoy my service experience at Bert Smith. I don't want to go somewhere else and have bad service. Gerri in the loaner car department is always very kind to me, as is Gary, who brings up the cars and often picks me up when my car is ready. Cars break- that's what warranties are for. The people that help you through it make it a much better experience. Thank you Bert Smith BMW service for always being so kind and helpful. I'm sure I'll unfortunately be seeing you soon! More

I am genuinely tired of the incompetence. Bert Smith damaged my vehicle months ago and the operation director, David Reiff, advised Michael Kennedy will cover the costs for the repairs at the shop of my damaged my vehicle months ago and the operation director, David Reiff, advised Michael Kennedy will cover the costs for the repairs at the shop of my choosing. I contacted the service manager, Michael Kennedy, for payment per David and Michael has not provided the necessary payment. I even contacted the general manager, Larry Graner, for assistance with this matter, but Larry is just as lazy and unresponsive. If you're the GM, Director, or Service Manager, do YOUR JOB & ARRANGE PAYMENT TO RESOLVE THIS! Additionally, I did not appreciate Jayson Cruz, Service Manager, shutting down the service department (he locked the doors/gate and turned off the lights), leaving my vehicle key unattended and in the open, or leaving for the day while I was trying to complete my vehicle pickup inspection with him. I informed both David Reiff and Larry Garner of the incident and to-date I have not received an apology. Do not service your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman! The service team continued to tell me issues were repaired; however, when asked them to demonstrate the functionality they never could... Unless you want to deal with taking this slimmy dealer to court, avoid at ALL costs. More

The part failed and when we brought the car into the dealership to be repaired, it turns out the service tech that did the repair damaged a bolt from the EGR to the Exhaust manifold. We are currently now in Atlanta and when South Atlanta BMW attempted to get Bert Smith to authorize the repair of the manifold, nothing. silence. We have been calling and leaving messages for 44 days!! Michael Kennedy at Bert Smith did tell us a couple of weeks ago that it is being taken care of that the repairs will be done. As of 7/14/21, i received a phone call from South Atlanta BMW saying either I need to pay the 5k for repairs and try suing Bert Smith for reimbursement and return the loaner on 7/15/21 or they will report the loaner stolen. So now I am being stuck with a bill for damages caused by the dealership and no car to drive to work because 2 dealerships can not communicate effectively. Thanks a lot, will never be buying a BMW again, especially from Bert Smith BMW in St Petersburg Florida. THANKS More

Salesman was not knowledgable about the vehicles. He walked me out in the mid-day Florida summer sun to look at cars that he had the wrong key for. Kept calling me by the wrong name, and the name change walked me out in the mid-day Florida summer sun to look at cars that he had the wrong key for.
