Salesperson was attentive and informative during the buying process, but there were a couple things outstanding that we had agreed upon that I would need to come back to receive (full detail and rim rep buying process, but there were a couple things outstanding that we had agreed upon that I would need to come back to receive (full detail and rim repair). After the intial purchase the salesperson was completely unavailable and never answered any of my attempts to reach him to schedule these agreed upon services. I will not be going back to Bert Smith because of this. I never had these issues when buying my last 3 BMWs from BMW of Tampa. I have had exceptional experiences at BMW of Tampa and will use them for all of my needs going forward, not Bert Smith. Val, the finance manager was AWESOME - she was the one shining star for me. More
