Frankly, this experience justified my 45-mile drive to this dealership when I live 5 mins away from BMW of Sarasota. In stark contrast BMW of Sarasota should be out of business. They are rude, put themselves above customers and so poorly represent the BMW brand. If the owner of BMW Sarasota, Victor, really knew what was going on in his dealership, and how in the last year myself and many others have fled the dealership with dozens more on the way, I think he would re-staff. If you live anywhere in the Sarasota, I highly recommend you buy or lease your BMWs at Bert Smith in St Pete, and ask for Dan! More

A general manager who works a half day, a receptionist who hangs up the phone if she doesn't like what you ask, a service department that simply does not call back! WHY would anyone use this dealership???? Incidentally their prices for new vehicles are always thousands of dollars higher than what we find at other dealerships. We have NEVER purchased a vehicle at Bert Smith and NEVER will. More
