All the numbers were in place before I ever left my home. All I had to do then was come see and drive the car. Delivery went just as smooth. And when I had a little issue after I got home, it was addressed without issue. Jenny was the BEST! Dino in financing was also outstanding. He got me in and out quickly, didn't try to pressure me to purchase add ons and helped my get met deal done on time. More

The people at Bert Smith are true professionals who really know what they are doing. My sales consultant, Keith Robertson was knowledgeable, attentive and truly had my best interests at heart. He was available to answer every question, even after hours. I had done my research, but Keith kept surprising me with good suggestions and advice. I'll be looking for him again when it's time for my tenth BMW. The dealership's finance professional, Larry Bearnarth was a whiz on paper who handled the financial aspects of the deal in record time. Natalie Swain of the service department is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Bert Smith. And sales manager Steve Phillips put it all together in a deal no one could refuse.
