Bertera and the employees were awesome to deal with Dan Skeeser was a great help everyone was friendly, helpfully and i would recommended anyone to go there to get a vehicle. When no other dealership would Skeeser was a great help everyone was friendly, helpfully and i would recommended anyone to go there to get a vehicle. When no other dealership would work with me to help me get a vehicle they were able to help and i got the vehicle the same day. So I would give bertera two thumbs up way up for being so awesome and so helpfully when no one else would help me. I love bertera Jeep and I love my Jeep today at work I tailgated at lunch time and loved it and soon i will be taking a road trip to North Carolina to visit my grandmother so she can see my new jeep. Well I hope everyone has a good day cause my days are better with my Jeep from bertera love you all oh and Cindy she awesome too, and the cause who do the internet selling was fun to talk with. Bought brand new town and country. As we left the lot, gas light came on. Tank was empty and so was the washer fluid. We were also told we had a phone in the car, but after asking a Verizon store represen gas light came on. Tank was empty and so was the washer fluid. We were also told we had a phone in the car, but after asking a Verizon store representative to assist me as I could not set it up, discovered it in fact did not have bluetooth. Went in and spoke to manager in February (purchased in January), and he contacted the service dept. with us. However, it is now June 30 and after repeatedly calling them back as they do not call us, we are still without the phone. When we bought the car we were also told it did not matter if the van was just in my husband's name. Unfortunately, now we have discovered that if something happens to him I will have to get the registration redone in my name. At that point, the extended warranty we purchased on the new vehicle for it's lifetime may be in jeopardy as the ownership cannot be transferred. *Just received a call and will be able to get phone installed next week. Our salesman set it up today after learning of our difficulties with it and we are very happy it is being taken care of. Service Dept. installed a bluetooth with no charge and did a great job. Also had excellent assistance at the desk, as we also have had when bringing van in for oil changes. Sales manager and service representative both were also spoke to us at length and explained some of the customer courtesies were cut by Chryster Corp. hence no gas. They were very concerned about the problems we had and assured us that we would receive a manager's assistance should we ever have any questions or problems again. More

My sales rep, Dan was personable, professional, knowledgeable and not at all high-pressured in his sales approach. He listened carefully to me regarding what I was looking for and got me into a bea knowledgeable and not at all high-pressured in his sales approach. He listened carefully to me regarding what I was looking for and got me into a beautiful Grand Cherokee I never would have imagined on my own, with a great price and fit for my budget. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone. They even took care of all the registry details, so I didn't have to face that ordeal at the usual DMV office. The paperwork did take time, but it would have taken so much longer if I had to go to the DMV and my insurance company on my own. Dan handled everything right on the spot! Andrew responded by phone to my initial inquiry about a used car on the Internet and set up the appointment with Dan. Andrew went out of his way to both welcome me and to thank me afterwards. The entire sales experience was a pleasure. More

I was so unhappy with my car and did not think that I could get into a brand new car. I was treated and greeted by everyone, which made me feel great to be there. Customers, regardless of their credit a could get into a brand new car. I was treated and greeted by everyone, which made me feel great to be there. Customers, regardless of their credit and thier down payment, are still customers. To be able to buy new when I thought I can only buy used was great, but to be treated so great from the mechanic all the way to the sales manager is all in itself an experience. My overall experience exceeded my expectations. My husband will be in the market within the next year for a car....and I definately know where I'm going for our next car! More

Working with Dan was a pleasure. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle.
