When you don't deliver a vehicle in good order on the first try, the customer is apprehensive to trust you to do any service to the vehicle in a proper manner. I would think that some incentive should be offered to entice your customer to give you a second chance to make a GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION Once you have lost someone's trust, it is difficult to win it back.
