I was so unhappy with my car and did not think that I could get into a brand new car. I was treated and greeted by everyone, which made me feel great to be there. I had received a letter in the mail about a pre-approval so I decided to stop by Bertera and see what they had. I went to Bertera with the intention of just shopping around. I was greeted with such enthusia so I decided to stop by Bertera and see what they had. I went to Bertera with the intention of just shopping around. I was driving a 94 honda accord and it was falling apart and i needed a new one badly. I told him my budget and we started the application. I got approved for a car I was so excited because other dealerships have turned me down. I didnt knw exactly what I wanted and Juan took the time and showed me at least five cars. He was extremely patient with me. I saw the 07 Pontiac G6 and I really liked it. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. I was able to take the car home the very next day.
