They have done everything they can to help me and were very apologetic regarding my situation. To:denglishman Details I have to say I am not happy with your way of doing business. I was charged for a part and labor that my truck does not even have. When I called immediately after I was assured by Kyle that a credit would be waiting on my account. I go in for service MONTHS later and am told you will have to look into it. When I am leaving I am told it has to go upstairs and could take up to a month to receive a check. I was also told when I bought my vehicle that I would receive three free years of free oil changes of which I did not receive. While your help is very friendly and helpful, I find your business practices very unethical. I have not filled out your service questionnaire in over a year now because of problems I have had at your service department. You put a advertising plate cover on my truck without my approval, you charge me for parts my truck does not have, you left my glove compartment on the floor and I had to drive all the way back, you kept my tire lock and I had to drive all the way back, you kept my tire lock on the last visit but I learned to check before I leave now, and I have sat in your waiting area for 4 hours with not one word of the status of my truck. I can also let you know I have heard nothing but complaining from other people as I sat waiting. Pam That was the email of which I have heard no response back. It is very unethical to keep my money for this long of a period. I am considering at this point going on social media with my concerns. More

Sales reps that "LIE" just to get you in the door Sales rep "Rocky" is a liar, he told me he had two 2019 jeep Rubicons, i spoke with him on the phone 3 times and exchanged emails with him as well, cl Sales rep "Rocky" is a liar, he told me he had two 2019 jeep Rubicons, i spoke with him on the phone 3 times and exchanged emails with him as well, clearly stating what I wanted. So I told him I was going to come down, well I decided to call them on my way there ( I live over an hour away and had to take my 2 younger kids with me) to verify he would be there and the address, well good thing I talked to a sales rep there and she said, oh no we have 2 used jeep rubicons. I was like what? are you sure? and then she was like oh well we can get you anything you want. SO WHY THE xxxx WOULD EVEN MAKE THE TRIP! I would say if they employ these kinds of tactics to there sales team DONT GO THERE, because obviously they will lie to you just to get you in there, and if they lie about that, who knows what else they may lie about. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP they are bad bad news... thank goodness I didnt buy anything from them.. whew is all I can say! I guess I am glad to weed out the bad eggs before I make my purchase!!! Once i find a good reputable dealer i will update this review to let everyone know where it was from (so anyone considering Bertera will know where to go) and i will include a link to my review....
