Very friendly and welcoming staff, once you finally connect. No call back. Then tried the chat online. Also, still no call back. Finally, Amanda and I connected and she was great, as was Denise when I brought the car in. Also was acknowledged by the other staff members while there. That makes a difference! My Jeep Wrangler (soft top) needed a bit more work so they kept it over the weekend. The only problem was it must’ve been parked outside during the rainstorm Sunday and the side windows were off, so there was a good puddle on the passengers side and it took a while to get it to dry. Really expect3d that to be noticed, or parked inside over the weekend...but alas, I didn’t call it to their attention either so share the accountability. More
