Long distance deal My wife and I were looking for a specific Subaru and the closest one to us was an hour and a half away in West Springfield mass. at Bertera Subaru Wes My wife and I were looking for a specific Subaru and the closest one to us was an hour and a half away in West Springfield mass. at Bertera Subaru West Springfield. I contacted them through their website and Holly got back to me right away. I have a very busy scheduled and was in and out away from my computer she was awesome to work with!!! We had a deal in place by the end of the day. No pressure to drive there for the bait and switch, no "I need to talk to my boss" just straight forward very professional work. Once we had the deal in place we traveled to the dealership. Once there we met with Keith to go over the car and make sure it was the one my wife truly wanted. Keith was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we understood the features of our new Outback. The final member of the team we met was Dominic, he handled the back half of the deal in a way that was comfortable, there was no you need this or for just a little bit more we can give you this. No he listened to what we were going to use the car for and made a few some recommendations that Subaru could provide us. We did add a few dealer installed options so could not take the car that day. As I said we live 1 1/2 hours away. Keith got up early and brought the car to us. Great place to work with. More
