One thing that would’ve made my experience better would have been a detailed written explanation of the specific requirements of buying and transporting a car from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. I’ve never bought a car from out of state and wasn’t prepared for the differences. Thank you, Bob and Dom for all your help.

This store was fabulous. I decided on the car I wanted. I called and spoke to Gene, the general manager, who gave me a great price over the phone. No haggle. Excellent price. I told him I wanted the car. He told me what documents he needed, plus he texted me a credit app. I completed the credit app, secured the documents and insurance and my wife and I went there at 3. Paul showed my wife the car and set up her Bluetooth and the Subaru app. Darlene handled the finance paperwork like a pro. We drove off in our new Outback at 4. A few weeks ago, I was in the market to buy a used car. I walked into the dealership without an appointment, and I was lucky enough to have Marc Debenedictis ask if he could help me. He was thorough in asking me questions about what I was looking for in a car. He had me test drive one that we thought would do the trick for me, but I wasn't thrilled with how that car drove. Marc very quickly found me another model that fit everything on my wish list! Marc took time to explain different options to me, never making me feel pressured about buying a car unless I thought it was really the right one for me. He was not at all troubled or stumped by any questions I asked. Once I decided to purchase the car, he was very thorough in making sure I knew what I needed to do to have everything in order so that I could make the purchase as quickly as possible.
