It kept my babies safe for years of torrential rain storms, epic blizzards and trips to the beach. Earlier this month I purchased a pre owned Crosstrek from Keith Goldsmith and he did not disappoint. There was no pressure or pestering. Keith also has a dry sense of humor which I found very rerefreshing. Negotiating a fair price was quick and easy. He was very prompt in answering my questions and made good on everything I asked for including four, next to new, tires and a beautiful set of floor mats. I will absolutely visit Bertera before my next vehicle purchase. More

Good sales, not so good service I bought my car back in March of 2017, it was fine. The process of buying the car went very smoothly, and I was very pleased. But a couple months later I had service done to my vehicle in which they towed it to Balise Honda right across the street for further diagnostics and they charged me 106 dollars just for that. Not very pleased with that. More

From Oil change to Oil Leak Here is my story, I have done all my oil changes and tires rotation at the Bertera Subaru of West Springfield since I first purchased my 2013 Subaru X Here is my story, I have done all my oil changes and tires rotation at the Bertera Subaru of West Springfield since I first purchased my 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek. Although, making an appointment with them seems to be confusing, chaos and a hazzle for many of their scheduling inconviniences, I am loyal to my car, and I always commit to show up and bring my car for its maintenanace, when its due. I am extremely dissappointed of my last treatment as the lady that took care of me knew how to talk the Subaru language (whatever that is) rather than be more customer friendly. But more important yesterday on my way to work, My low oil engile warning light turned on for the first time in fours years. I checked my oil and it needed at least 2 qrts of oil I of course went to the local store and got some oil. I tried calling the dealer all day yesterday but it was busy as I was busy at my work place as well. I even tried today and i was not lucky. I do not recommend this dealer at all for maintenance as I think they are not takign care of their customers properly. More
