Customer service POOR I called Bertera Subaru on 8/13 in need of service & tow- spoke to woman who was less than friendly & said could not be looked at for 2 weeks due to t I called Bertera Subaru on 8/13 in need of service & tow- spoke to woman who was less than friendly & said could not be looked at for 2 weeks due to their schedule- offered NO help or " try to squeeze" me in - just abruptly said TOO BUSY--Told me she had 40 appointments daily and they were too busy & I could have car towed there & when they got around to it, would look at it-but not for minimum 2 weeks.....well, I will be too busy to even consider Bertera West Spfld for my next car!!!!!!! And will certainly spread the word of this experience! I did receive message & call from Keith Goldsmith who attempted to obtain more information regarding this call-He did his best to explain this is unacceptable service & offered for me to meet with his manager , which I declined. He was super to talk with. More

We sat down and talked about my situation and what I wanted in a car.. I was torn between a 5-door impreza or the XV Cross trek. He was very responsive to all of my questions and needs and we went with the Cross Trek! After numerous phone calls to other dealers, Tyler found me the car of my dreams! I got to drive away with my brand new baby within a week. This was by far the best car shopping experience I ever had. There was no pressure on his part, which is a big plus. After my long visit, and another visit with my husband, we purchased a Crosstrek.
