I ended up with a very good deal, and a better loan than I thought was possible. In addition to Dan going out of his way to get me the car I wanted and get it ready for me, the financial guy, Tom, was also exceptional in his dealings with my husband and me. I have never felt "great" about a car buying experience before, and have never rated a dealer, but this was an exception. When someone suggested that I put a review up, I was happy to do it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will even use it for service in the future. More

Keith spent a lot of time with my husband and myself in trying to find a suitable car for myself and my family. Keith Goldsmith was a terrific salesperson. He explained all of the features of the Subaru Imprezza, and he went above and beyond showing how the Bluetooth feature worked. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the entire sales process. The vehicle that I ordered was in transit at the time, and the delivery date was estmated. The Imprezza arrived a little earlier than expected, and Keith called me right away to let me know that I could pick up the vehicle earlier than expected. I scheduled an appointment with Tom Quesnal to sign the papers. Tom went over all of the options that are available with the purchase of a Subaru, including free tires for life if service is done through Bertera and also a discounted prepaid service contract. He thouroughly explained all options and did not pressure me into any of these. They went to the registry for me and handled the transfer of insurance from one vehicle to another. I picked up my vehicle a few days later, and I am very happy with my new car. These people deserve five stars! More

Dan Leary did far more than everything possible to make the sale happen. He scoured the region to find my car, just as the new model year was shipping and inventory was scarce. He kept me informed every step of the way, from the success of his search to the steps needed to expedite my delivery (status with insurance and RMV, what could be accomplished for delivery asap and what could be deferred). The dealership accepted my price on this scarce vehicle. There was information provided about the various additional programs but no pressure. Thumbs up; five stars; it was all a great experience.
