This was my first experience with Subaru and Bertera Subaru. I found the sales staff, in particular, Tyler Johnson to be very knowledgeable about the various models that Subaru offers and guided my wife Subaru. We reached an agreeable purchase price without the usual haggling within a short period of time. Delivery went just as smooth and although there were two issues that were not resolved during the delivery process, Tyler followed up within a few days and resolved all concerns to complete satisfaction. The service dept. staff is just as pleasant and take care of things in a timely manner. It's been a pleasure doing business with Bertera Subaru of West Springfield and I look forward to purchasing another Subaru from them in the near future. They sell vehicles at the price they advertise; not like all the rest who show a price online, and when you get there it's was always much higher or added fees attached brought the price up by hundreds of dollars.I asked Keith if he would get me certain info on a particular vehicle and he got back to me promptly. Rich Santoni worked out the final price with us and gave us all the information we needed to complete the deal with no haggling necessary. They actually delivered the vehicle to me and registered it in NY.Even after the sale Keith and Shawn Sullivan contacted me to make sure we were happy with our purchase and because of that extra service anyone I know who is looking for a car will be directed to their dealership. These guys go above and beyond to make buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. More
