Trust Chad Olech and John Sullivan!!! WoW how I cant stop talking about bertera subaru and how awesome Chad Olech and John Sullivan were! My girlfriend and I went in just to browse and loo WoW how I cant stop talking about bertera subaru and how awesome Chad Olech and John Sullivan were! My girlfriend and I went in just to browse and look at our options, Chad took it upon himself to show us the ropes, take us outside and let us get the feel for what type of car we were looking for. After looking around awhile we jokingly settled on this beautiful 2018 Subaru Impreza Hatchback, without a second thought Chad started explaining how it might be a possibility for us. Teased alittle we decided what the heck, lets see where this goes. Next thing you know within the next 2 - 3 weeks were out the door driving away in this beatiful Island Blue beauty. John helped us with the finances and was extremely helpful in explaining everyting, to two completely new to car buying, individuals. Chad finished everything up, helped us get the vehicle certified, sold us on the Simonize glass coat and Teplhon interior protection since we have a dog and love to adventure! Awful Customer Service I havent even been through the door yet and was already insulted by one of their salesmen. Andrew called me to set up an appointment while I was walking through a parking lot. I saw a young child break free from his mother and start to run, so I hastily said I'd call back while hanging up and running over to help her. When I pulled out my phone again to call back about the car I had inquired about, I had two missed calls and had received a text message from Andrew calling me rude, and saying if I wanted to be taken off of their list, I could have just asked him nicely. I love the vehicle I was looking at, but no customer should be treated this way! More

Keith Goldsmith was the best! My wife surprised me with a Subaru Crosstrek for christmas and it has been nothing but a pleasure working with Bertera Subaru, and specifically Keith My wife surprised me with a Subaru Crosstrek for christmas and it has been nothing but a pleasure working with Bertera Subaru, and specifically Keith Goldsmith! She was able to work out all the details with him prior to Christmas and stated it was the easiest and most pleasant time she's ever had buying a car. I went the day after Christmas to finalize paperwork and pick up the car....Keith spent so much time with us showing all the details of the car, answering all our questions, and making sure we drove off the lot with the car that day. Great salesman, bad manager We came to this dealership on Monday December 10th, 2018 looking for a lease AND a purchase... husband wanted to buy a legacy and I wanted to lease a We came to this dealership on Monday December 10th, 2018 looking for a lease AND a purchase... husband wanted to buy a legacy and I wanted to lease a crosstrek. The salesman Nicholas was extremely nice and patient with us, however, we did not feel the same way about the manager (guy in the office who approves/gives numbers). We asked for numbers on both cars, he came back with only financing info on the legacy because the manager wanted to finalize one car first to then talk about the other, which I didn’t understand. The impression this gave us was that he obviously didn’t need nor care about our business. Anyways, again we were happy with Nicholas and if he were the only person we dealt with and if we felt our time and money were appreciated by the guy in the office, I would’ve 100% went back. Today we went to the Subaru in Hadley and I leased a crosstrek from them- as this time we felt welcomed, appreciated and had people willing to negotiate with us! Thanks Nicholas, maybe you should switch dealerships too! Note- if I were rating Nicholas alone, I would give him 5/5 starts. The manager I would give 1/5. More
