The level of professionalism and customer service is not what I would expect from a dealership. Customers should feel welcomed, respected, and valued when they walk through the door, but that has not been my experience. The staff often comes across as unwelcoming, giving the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than people they are there to assist. A friendly greeting, a professional attitude, and a willingness to help can make a significant difference in the overall customer experience, and these are areas where the service department needs improvement. I understand that service departments can get busy, but that should never be an excuse for making customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more professional, friendly, and customer focused environment.
