I brought my truck in for oil change and rotation. During the inspection there were a couple things noted that Shawn was going to see if it would be covered under warranty. But being a Wednesday morning it was busy and he would looking into it later in the day then get back to me, no problem I get it. It is now Saturday afternoon and have not heard back still. This has happened to me the last time my truck went in for service and they found a different issue that took me over a month to get booked. I feel at this time I will look into other Ford dealers as they obviously don’t need my business. More

Person who sold me my warranty never showed me a price breakdown for the various parts of the warranty, which makes me feel like they are trying to use that as a way to overinflate the pricing. More
