Just about the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. From the financing process to the long list of repairs this "certified pre-owned" vehicle ended up needing, the entire experience was frustrating. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly lied to by the service department and given conflicting information throughout the process. As someone from the service industry, it was appalling the way this service department runs. This is actually the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and it will absolutely be my last. I cannot recommend buying a vehicle or having your car serviced here based on my experience. More

I didn't have the best experience with best Ford. ...I felt lied to and strung along while they worked on my car. It was a 2hr job that took a day and a half, but actually only took 3 hrs, they didn't ...I felt lied to and strung along while they worked on my car. It was a 2hr job that took a day and a half, but actually only took 3 hrs, they didn't even work on my car the day it was scheduled. Even tho they said they worked on it for 8 hrs... Then the next day it took another "4" hours....the first day they told me the part that was being changed was changed, but when I went in to talk with them, the entire story changed and turns out they didn't do anything they said they did, that day. I'll never have any vehicle worked on by them again. More
