The service started out great. I got a beautiful, 2025 Ram pickup truck. The truck came with a broken passenger side mirror and only one key fab. I called a few times they said she was out of the office. I made the appointment myself for the mirror and came to the service center where she was working.That day. Not a hello, not a thank you. Nothing when I asked to speak to her, they said she had gone out on a test drive i don't know what I could have done to afford this kind of disrespect from the sales associate. But the mayor has since been fixed with an appointment made by myself. Even though I believe a forty thousand dollar truck should have came with two keys.I ended up purchasing one on my own almost $500.00. So at this time, I will thank for the vehicle which I really like. But this will conclude any business with your company.In the future. More

I was very happy with my service at Bettenhausen's repair shop. I had an extensive job to replace my evaporator and condenser on my HVAC system due to a leak. I was apprehensive about having the work done shop. I had an extensive job to replace my evaporator and condenser on my HVAC system due to a leak. I was apprehensive about having the work done as it requires the removal of the dash board and many trim pieces along with the center console and my vehicle has low miles and is in very good condition. Several days after the repair was completed I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a long trip and the HVAC system performed like it did when I first purchased the vehicle and there was no unusual sounds when driving on bumby roads. I was quite impressed with their service. I highly recommend this shop based on my recent experience. More
