Jose was polite, and even though he was helping someone else, he wasted no time bringing Allie over to help me. Allie is awesome!! She listened to me, heard me, and got me into the Jeep I saw online for else, he wasted no time bringing Allie over to help me. Allie is awesome!! She listened to me, heard me, and got me into the Jeep I saw online for a test drive. She is personable and likable. We talked about Jeep Wranglers and all that can be done to make them our own unique vehicles. The sales process was smooth. It still took a while, even though it seems the financing is kinda combined with sales. The longest part was when the sale had to be typed up by another associate. I forget his name at the moment, sorry. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I am very glad I chose Bettenhausen in Lockport and had Allie as my guide. More
