Waited two+ hours for an hour appointment. Also sales person was harassing folks in waiting room to trade in vehicles. xxxxing horrible. Brought my Jeep in to have the power top fixed. Damaged my vehicle twice and did not tell me. I had to bring it to their attention. Blew every deadline they gave me and lied about the vehicle being ready for pickup only to find out it needed more parts that took another 4 business days. The service department is completely untrustworthy and incompetent. I will never bring my Jeep back there again nor will I ever buy another Jeep from them in the future. More
