Hello Bettenhausen I just have one complaint and that is that I trust you service writer except one gentleman and his name is Joey he out and lied to me about a previous repair I had done and my issue was t that I trust you service writer except one gentleman and his name is Joey he out and lied to me about a previous repair I had done and my issue was that the lock for my wheels wasn’t in my car and I know it always go back in the glove box, well I asked Joey to ask the mechanic about my whells locks and because I assumed the tire had to come off for replace the timing cover gasket but Joey actually told me that the mechanic never removed my tore that he just turned the wheel to changed the gasket which to didn’t sound right, anyway I went to Discount tire and was able to buy another lock and when I went to rotate my tires they the tire that was removed by the mechanic was torqued to 100 ft/lbs and that’s the proper torque but I make it 75 ft/lbs to make it easier for me to remove and rotate, I would appreciate to keep getting the level of honesty as the other service writers now I won’t trust Joey but I will definitely go to a different service writer sir, I have bought several vehicles from you guys and the level of honesty is tremendous except for Joey, well I hope youkeep up the good work sir. Service was good not excellent . They replaced my oil pump but tried to push for more routine maintenance service based on mileage. They recommended a coolant flush and no they did They replaced my oil pump but tried to push for more routine maintenance service based on mileage. They recommended a coolant flush and no they did not even look at my coolant. It was changed a month ago. I am disappointed that after draining and adding 6 qts of oil to change my oil pump they didn’t offer to add a new filter. I would have thought they would ask or just charge me for a new filter. Had to go buy one and replace it myself after spending $1500. More
