I bought a Dodge Durango Crew from Nick a year ago. At the time of financing, I was contemplating a 3 year loan for the better finance charge. I was a admittedly a bit indecisive but Nick told me to appl the time of financing, I was contemplating a 3 year loan for the better finance charge. I was a admittedly a bit indecisive but Nick told me to apply for the 4 year loan because "we can always change it to 3 years" once you get approved. The following week, I called Ally Auto the financer and they said I could not change it to a 3 year loan with the better financing that they just don't do that. Nick never followed up with me to see how I liked the car. I had an issue with the running board breaking off and I drove my $47K vehicle for over 7 months before they finally replaced it with one that wouldn't break off. They blamed it on the company who made the running boards, even though they were factory installed by Dodge. (Apparently not their fault that they chose a company making lousy running boards that clipped in as easily as they could break off.) A year later, my keys are not recognizable by the car, and many times I can't get it to start for several minutes, the stitching is coming undone on the center console, there is a fog on the dash board glass, the back-up camera doesn't work, and the pinstripe detail is literally flaking off. As I stood in the service department Nick comes in makes eye contact with me and didn't so much as smile, let alone say Hello. I don't care if he doesn't remember me - as car salesman he should. As a car salesman he probably does, and knew he screwed me over into getting stuck with the higher finance rate when I could afford the cheaper one, and as a car salesman if he didn't recognize me, he should fake like he did, and smile and say hello when he is looking at someone in the eyes, while in his own place of employment. I wouldn't have ever bothered writing this until he had the audacity to make eye contact and not have the courtesy to so much as smile, let alone say hello. My grandfather was a car salesman and he knew to always smile and be friendly with everyone he made eye contact with. He also remembered his customers. More
Jim Ralph and Bettenhausen made this by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jim did not pressure me at all,was very knowledgable and answered every one of my questions thoroughly,never telling buying experience I've ever had. From the second I walked into the dealership I was greeted and I knew this was going to be better than any other dealership that I had been to. Bob Gross was my sales manager and he worked his magic from the very beginning to get me the best used car possible based off of my budget and my needs. I came in wanting to look at the 2007 Chevy Aveo and that is exactly what I left with. Bob was a very personable man, and although it was really hot and humid at the dealership that day he did everything he could to ensure that my fiance and I were comfortable. He did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come to Bettenhausen for all of their automobile needs. More

We had a great experience at this dealership last Friday. We were on the last long day of an extended road trip and still had 8 hours yet to drive to get home (with 3 homesick kids!). We had stopped for lunch near Bettenhausen Jeep/Chrysler and I am so glad we did. We decided that we had better have someone take a look at an issue with our engine before we continued on. We drove into the service bay and they did a terrific job. When you go there you will notice awards and posters on the walls about customer service and integrity. They are not just for show - they truly live this mission. We interacted with several employees - and everyone was great. They had us back on the road in under 2 hours with a safe and clean car - yes, they even washed it and fixed an outstanding recall issue! They worked us into an already busy service schedule and did it with a smile on their face and professionalism. The waiting area and the entire service area we also very clean. Our family HIGHLY recommends this service department! More
