I've been buying cars for over 50 years and I've never had a better buying experience than I did at Jack Phelan DCJR. The salesman, Marcos Chavez was exceptional. This was our first time buying a hybrid and we had million questions. Marcos was extremely knowledgeable and he clearly and patiently educated us. Most importantly, though, he did not use high pressure tactics, but just gently helped us through the process until we made our decision. The dealership in general was wonderful. I had done a LOT of comparison shopping prior to buying and the Phelan price was very competitive. I was very happy with the purchase price. Everyone, from the sales staff to the finance staff to Jack Phelan himself was so accommodating. It is no wonder they have an A+ BBB rating. This was truly a stress-free buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership. Absolutely loving my new Jeep Cherokee 85th Anniversary Edition hybrid! Thank you!

Not gonna lie I was skeptical at first when walking into the dealership. My salesman Brandon was the one that assist me in my purchase. Being a beginner salesman, he did a great job. Didn't hassle me, allowed me to sit and think. After completing the sale, he assisted me with making sure my new Compass was washed and tank filled up and helped me get my belongings in my new vehicle. Keep up the great work Brandon!
