This was my second purchase from Bettenhausen Dodge. The staff there is wonderful with their no pressure approach to car sales. Jayson was wonderful, and he didn't pressure me into buying my new Grand Cara staff there is wonderful with their no pressure approach to car sales. Jayson was wonderful, and he didn't pressure me into buying my new Grand Caravan, but rather helped me figure out which one would work best for me and my family. He was understanding when I told him I'd left my old vehicle's title at home because I didn't think I was going to purchase a car that day and didn't blow up my phone while I went home to get it. I can't say enough about the sales staff at Bettenhausen! I've also had service done there on my old vehicle, and the service department is wonderful too! More

My wife and I were pretty much set on purchasing a vehicle the day we arrived at Bettenhausen. We had done a lot of research prior to our arrival, so we knew what we wanted in our vehicle.
