We had a great experience in regards to buying a new 2010 Dodge Charger. Unfortunately after 3 months we had to bring it in for service and had a horrible experience with the service dept. After the first visit the problem was not fixed and had to bring it in again and get a loaner car. They gave me a crappy loaner car that smelled was dirty and best of all by the time I got home no gas! When I went to pick up my car they would not reimburse me for the 10.00 of gas I had to put in and assured me my car was fixed. After driving it for a few days the problem is not fixed and now I have to call again to deal with them. As of today have not called because I do not feel like dealing with them this week. It's unfortunate that after all the great things I have heard about the sales, which again was great, that the servicing is sooooo horrible. More
