Their service department is top notch! I got towed in on Friday afternoon with a flat tire. They informed me it might be a 2-2 1/2 hour wait. I have once again had a great experience at the Service Department. I arrived at the service department, went in to RYAN JORITZ's desk.and was greeted with a big smile. Ryan immediately brought up my ap Department. I arrived at the service department, went in to RYAN JORITZ's desk.and was greeted with a big smile. Ryan immediately brought up my appointment information, sold me an oil change package and said he would make sure that everything would get checked out for me. Ryan has always made sure that oil and filter are taken care of, tire pressures are set, and all fluids are topped off, all included in the multi-point inspection. Ryan is fabulous...and I know that nothing will be overlooked. He is a huge asset to Bettenhausen and to everyone looking for vehicle service. More
