I brought my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for express lane oil change, I was greeted with a smile from the service team and went to my service writer Jackie who provided me with a very easy process of getting my change, I was greeted with a smile from the service team and went to my service writer Jackie who provided me with a very easy process of getting my oil changed, new wiper blades installed and out the door in a timely matter!🤗🤗 The waiting area is large and has a nice seating area, tv and coffee and water Ava’s you wait! Jackie continued to stay in contact with me with the status of the work being done and did bring up that my cabin filter was dirty (she brought mine out to show me) and asked it I would like it replaced, which I had done! In a few minutes it was replaced and my car was brought around and Jackie helped with some coupons I had received, finished up and was out the door in a totally timely fashion! More
