C Great place to buy a car, everyone is very professional and always looking out for customers. Is nice to have coffe and snacks araund all the time. Customer service is great. And when you buy a car you get the chance to get a car insurance for a much better rate. Great car dealer in general. The mechanics seem to be very professional also for any car maintenance you need. Thank you! More
I’ve already reviewed the latest service, but every day I get another. I will never buy another Toyota. After 5 years the door handles are breaking off. Never had that happen on any previous car. Then it get another. I will never buy another Toyota. After 5 years the door handles are breaking off. Never had that happen on any previous car. Then it costs 400-500 dollars to fix. No more Toyotas for me. Please stop with the repetitive nonsense. More
The sales person Renée was great and attentive, the sales manager would tend to be a little pushy. But honestly that’s most Toyota dealerships. They were able to get us the deal we wanted towards the end. Th manager would tend to be a little pushy. But honestly that’s most Toyota dealerships. They were able to get us the deal we wanted towards the end. The only real issue I have was the wrong Social Security # was put on my contract. When I called the dealership to try to rectify it they told me there’s nothing they could do I would have to call Toyota directly. I spent two days going back-and-forth on the phone until finally I was able to get it rectified with Toyota corporate. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma back in 2019 and once again the finance department screwed up on the registration and put the wrong tag # on the truck. I was pulled over and issued a ticket and had to go to court to dismiss it with a letter written by the finance department. I know everybody makes mistakes and the finance department and sales people are under a lot of pressure to get everybody in and out, but they need to pay close attention as to not further inconvenience their clientele. Majority of my family owns Toyotas, but I do not think I’ll be purchasing another vehicle through here. More
