On our first visit the initial salesman lost/stole my drivers license and didn't make any effort to rectofy the situation and even went as far as to blame me for misplacing it. We went back a second time and requested a different sales person. I'm not one to take to FB to get an issue resolved, but they don't seem to care to make good on promises made during our negotiation. My wife and I bought out 4Runner the first week of October, included in our deal our salesman told us we would be contacted for an appointment to buff out a scratch on the hood, and we would also be scheduled for the regular toyota logos to be replaced with all black logos. 3 weeks went by and we weren't contacted so we went to the dealership only to have them tell us that they only had the front logo and would have to order the back logo. Another week went by and we weren't contacted yet again so we called and were told the logos were in. We went down there yet again and to our surprise they were only going to do half of what we had agreed on, and we were informed that there was a misunderstanding and the rest of the black logo would cost us $150. This wasn't acceptable to us so we had the salesman talk to management and after about an hour they agreed they would order the rest of the black logo and they would call us for an appointment once the piece came in. Fast forward to today, no call for an appointment, only an email from a new sales person because ours quit, and when I asked him about the situation he had no idea and I never heard from him again. I'm so disappointed with the lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and for the total disregard for us after we wrote that check. We are wishing we never purchased a vehicle from this group of thieves. More
Great dealership I like Bev Smith Toyota!! I had a ten o'clock appointment and showed up at eight ! They took my truck in right away for service and it was done at ni I like Bev Smith Toyota!! Patrick England at Bev Smith is a horrible Salesman Looked at buying a certified used tundra from this dealership and Patrick England was handling the sale. Dealer was over 500 miles away so I asked Pat Looked at buying a certified used tundra from this dealership and Patrick England was handling the sale. Dealer was over 500 miles away so I asked Patrick if truck had any scratches/dents/other issues and he responded "truck is clean, no issues." I asked for pictures of the truck to confirm what he said. He sent over "some" photos. I thought the tundra was reasonably priced so I agree to pay for full asking price and pay the dealer fees. I then ask him to send me the pricing sheet for me to review. In addition to the dealer fees, he charged me $1316 in taxes and $2,142 for tags and title fees. I told him the $2142 tag and title fee was outrageous and that I paid $58 for tag and title on a brand new car I bought months ago. He responded that the $58 is for a new car and used car is different. Such BS! Back to the pictures, he sent me photos that show the front and driver side view of the truck and left out the rear and passenger side view. It turns out the truck had a baseball size dent on the rear body panel right above stoplight and the tailgate was all scratched up. The passenger side had numerous scratches about 2 feet long. He went out of his way to lie and con me to buy this truck. He is a crook and should not be trusted. After I called him out, he refused to return my calls and texts. Bev Smith dealer may be a nice dealer but they hired a crook in Patrick England. More
