On 8/14/2026 I purchased a used Infinity sedan from Beyer Kia. Zabeeh was the salesperson who assisted me. He was very personable and professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. Kamiran, Leo, and Esmeralda were amazing at their job. I went in fully expecting that I would not be able to buy the car that I wanted. They ended up working on a deal for me. Oliver over in service was able to take care of an issue I had with the telluride immediately. Im still having an issue with it but I will be returning there to have service to take a look at it. But with the purchasing side Im pretty happy with the bunch over there. They seem to be genuine people that want to get you into a vehicle that you want. I know its their job but Ive had some real bad experiences with other dealers. Trade in process was very good. They ended up having to give me more money for my trade in to make the deal on my telluride work. It was much appreciated. Id highly recommend this dealership if your looking to purchase a vehicle. I expressed interest in a Chrysler Pacifica online and received multiple calls and messages from the dealership to schedule a viewing. I set an appointment through their text messaging system and came in received multiple calls and messages from the dealership to schedule a viewing. I set an appointment through their text messaging system and came in to see the car, only to be told it was not available. I was then told it was in the shop and would be ready the next day at 5 PM. After waiting and planning to purchase, I was informed that someone else had put down a deposit and had priority. When I spoke with the manager, I was told this was due to a new salesperson’s mistake. While the staff was polite, the repeated miscommunication and lack of transparency made the buying process frustrating and disappointing. More
