The mechanics did an excellent job replacing oil pan, tire rims and other parts necessary to make my car drivable again after damage from a concrete obstruction.. The service provided by DB Volvo/Volkswagen (Winchester) has been consistently outstanding. This is the best dealership for vehicle service or purchase in the area. More

We were shopping for a used VW Beetle and contacted the dealer on a specific vehicle being offered for sale for 50% over retail value. Tom assured me the dealer would work with us on the price and my cash offer, and to just drop in to see it. After test driving the car which was in okay condition (needed a side mirror in order to pass state safety inspection), we decided to still proceed with our cash offer of $4,800. The offer was not only refused, but we were informed that they were insulted with our offer! I offered $200 less than dealer retail! We had just purchased a 2013 Passat from a dealer in Fairfax several months earlier, where we had been going for routine service. Rather than trying to gain our business, this Winchester dealer alienated a local, prospective customer. We have now decided to purchase a brand new, 2013 Beetle. In no way would I ever consider purchasing from this dealer or even having service performed. They do not respect customers or their time. More

I found a Toyota Camry I was interested in on Cars.com that Beyer VW had for sale. I emailed them and Christa Nuss was very prompt getting back to me. Christa was great to deal with. She provided me additional pictures I requested and described the car as she was walking around the car. We agreed upon a price over the phone contingent on a final in person inspection of the car. Christa handled all of the paper work and once we arrived at the dealership the car was exactly as she had described. Christa and the head of finance stayed late until we arrived from out of town to pick up the car. Christa also followed up the next day to make sure we were still pleased. I would recommend working with Christa and this dealership. More

We purchased our car via the phone from California. Christa Nuss was amazing. We used the website to find a nice used Jetta and she took it from there. She arranged all the paperwork had it shipped to California while she reserved the car, washed it and even had the protective shield done. She even went so far as to pick up my daughter and bring her to the dealsership to pick up her new car. Evertyhing was quick and easy and we are very happy. I trusted Christa to help us and be honest with us because there was no way to actually see the car or test drive it. We felt very comfortable putting our faith in her. She spent the time on the phone to introduce herself and tell me of her back ground enough that I felt very comfortable with my sight unseen purchase. I know VWs are great cars and it was certified...so that helps, too. To me, your sales person makes or breaks the experience...you probably still end up with the car, but sometimes you wonder if you got a good deal or really understood everything. Not so in this case.
