Great Experience Usually car buying is a stresful experience. Bianchi Honda and Kyle make it this such a great experience for us. This is my second Honda with Bianchi. Kyle was very courteous, kind, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions... no pressure to buy.. also my Pilot was in high demand with backlog from factory... he worked hard to find the right color for me, kept me updated while we were waiting.. Overall he is a great guy to buy a car from. If you ever had one of those negative experiences with a car salesman (pressure, long talks etc.) you will have none of that with him. He genuinely works with you - thank you Kyle & Bianchi... Finance manager was great too sorry for forgetting his name .. but he was also great .. Another note is everytime when we go back for a service or an accessory we run into these guys and they are asking if we need help, they will find someone if we have a question etc. and if you have an issue, they always follow up so you can bring it up, a company always thriving to be better... that is how car buying, car service should be & thank you!
