I came in just browsing and happened to find a car I was interested in. I was still undecided when I left. Bill called me the next morning when a new one came on the lot. By the following day I was driving home in my new car! He is quick and efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone who greeted me was friendly and helpful too! Everyone I worked with, they treated me like family. It was refreshing!! I think I am Honda for life!! More

I was so satisfied with the CRV buying experience, that I came back the next day and surprised my wife with a new Civic for her birthday. Jason Porreco, the owner, personally got involved with the deal and made sure I was completely satisfied. Henry even went out of his way to get a birthday banner, balloons and a bow for the car! That is customer service and how you become a successful dealership! Based on my experiences, I highly recommend that you give Bianchi Honda, Henry Aldrete and the rest of the team a chance to make you satisfied. More

Very low pressure environment. I showed up on the lot with a particular car in mind that I saw on the website. Salesman Joe Letto was the first one to approach me, and I told him the specific car I wanted to check out. He pulled it around and we went for a test drive. When we came back, we began our negotiations. At no time was I pressured to test drive other vehicles, or to consider a more expensive model, or anything like that. I don't love the process of negotiating a deal at Bianchi, the offers come hand written on printed sheets of paper that appear to be some kind of form, but the form doesn't matter, because the offer is written in large numbers to take up half of the page. Every time you make a counter offer and they come back with more stuff crammed in to less space, old things crossed out, etc... there's no doubt it's intended to confuse the buyer at least a little bit, otherwise it would be a cleanly formatted offer in something like an excel spreadsheet, but at does at least give the illusion that they're playing hardball with you. Negotiations take a little patience, but the whole time your salesman (again, Joe Letto, in my case) gave the impression that he was in your corner, he was working for YOU. It's a nice touch. In the end we made a deal, and even working with the guys in the financing department, minimal pressure to go for unnecessary warranties, etc... they lay the options out for you and let you decide. Back to Joe himself, I thought he was great, very attentive, a good listener, completely understood that I was there to make a deal, and I was thrilled that he didn't try even once to upsell me on something I didn't want. While I understand that may be a pretty standard sales practice and it's better for the bottom line, I'm the type of person who isn't afraid to walk away from a situation when I can tell they're just trying to squeeze more money out of me and aren't listening to my interests or concerns. Joe never once gave me that impression. Thanks, Bianchi! More
