After contacting management I was told that I would have to tow the car from Pennsylvania to new York at my own expensive to have them look at the Car, for them to determine if they would fix it. Dianna that says she is the sales manager hung the phone up on me. This is awful customer service. Stay away from this dealership, there is no emphaty on their behalf.

I have been trying to talk to the manager Anthony gallo of bicalchevy for past few days but I can't get the hold of him I been trying to take care of this matter in the nice manner as possible but it's not happening all I'm asking to cancel the warranty that you guys have sold me by lying and refund the total amount of $4195.00 and give me the proof of cancellation . If it doesn't get taken care soon I'll have to reach out the higher authorities .
