Great experience buying a 2015 Colorado from Johan I walked into this place not even sold on Chevy as the brand I was buying from, and just wanted to learn more about the Colorado. But I drove away in a new truck thanks to the deal Johan worked out for me. He was very straightforward and fair, as far as used car salesmen go, and listened to what I was looking for. When I told him what I would need to "drive it away today" he met my demands. Can't ask for more than that. Spent plenty of time going over the car with me after the deal was already closed as well...a lot of dealers hand you the keys and send you packing once you sign the dotted line. -1 star because I found the Finance Manager to be somewhat pushy in selling an extended warranty. I didn't like that he tried to make me feel guilty about not buying it and was basically telling me how unreliable and expensive repairs to my new truck would be. Not the greatest feeling when you're already plunking down 30k. Still, overall this was a very positive experience buying a car. More

cheap cars aren't cheap they sold me a camaro with bad headlights, and the entire car shakes when it goes from 4 to 8 cylinder mode they put used headlight bulbs from anoth they sold me a camaro with bad headlights, and the entire car shakes when it goes from 4 to 8 cylinder mode they put used headlight bulbs from another car into mine, and swapped out my wheels and tires with those from another car on the lot after the other didn't fix the shaking, they told me the shaking noises are ''normal'' but would look into service bulletins on the shaking. there are also big holes in the door jambs from a shoddy paintless dent removal job, but in all fairness not sure if they had it done or it was the previous ower. within 2 weeks the radiator clamp also rusted out and dumped antifreeze all over my driveway but i fixed that myself because it was less painful than dealing with them haven't heard from them since on the other issues and service manager doesn't return calls More

Worse dealership experience In my 12 years of visiting a dealership this has been my worse experience. The manager was not sympathetic nor was he concern for the safety issue of In my 12 years of visiting a dealership this has been my worse experience. The manager was not sympathetic nor was he concern for the safety issue of my jeep. I was unable to see through my windshield however bical's concern was that I needed an appointment. I arrived at the dealer at 4:15 and was turned away unable to see to drive. It took my personal Machanic 20 sec to diagnosis that the heater core broke. I would never advise anyone to purchase or lease from bical chevy. If they treated a customer with a lease with no regard how will they treat you who wants a buy their car. In all my years I have never felt so disrespected. When I called the manager his tone was as if I was bothering him. I had to call headquarters twice for assistance. The manager has yet to approach me or call to check on my jeep. Bical will never have my business again. More

Salesperson Darryl assured me that I would be driving home with my new Chevy Tahoe within 30 minutes. Insurance was transferred to the new car and outstanding documents were given. Now it was time to speak with the finance officer. Here I got bullied and tag teamed by both the finance manager and the obstinate sales manager Paul saying because all required documents weren't in place I would not be receiving the car today. I work 6 days a week and they knew today was my only day to finalize the deal. The manner in which I was spoken to was ridiculous! Communication terrible, customer relations terrible to the point where I was told to "find the exit door" after challenging them. STAY CLEAR OF BICAL CHEVY!, every negative stereotype of car dealerships was on display throughout this experience! More

The lease manager Jim had his arm over the months when I signed the papers stating it was 39 months at 359.00 so I signed trusting him and the salesman Anthony while they quoted me and was on the other paper as well. I returned Saturday to close the deal, signed the back of my title that I was trading in, spoke to Geico re: new insurance cards...all was going well, only to be asked, "how am I going to deal with the sales tax?Am I going to pay now or work it in the payments"?. How can this be when i was given a WRITTEN monthly Pymt already which should have included all applicable expenses? Needless to say, i killed the CROOKED deal and will be receiving legal advice re: compensation for breach of implied contract, breach or written contact, hard credit inquires on my credit report without permission & bait and switch. We discussed and agreed to a monthly payment amount and BICAL shoug have honored it. I guess the Courts will decide.... More
