This is the second Q5 I bought. First was Biener of Great Neck and today I brought home my second from Audi Great Neck. Same location - name change. Frank Garcia was my salesman First was Biener of Great Neck and today I brought home my second from Audi Great Neck. Same location - name change. Frank Garcia was my salesman. It took me two visits to make my decision because I like to mull things over a bit. Frank was professional and courteous with me. Amicable and patient. He was knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. He did not pressure me into making a decision on my first visit. I returned for a second visit a week later and made my purchase. Everything went smoothly. No hiccups. I highly recommend Frank Garcia to everyone. Thanks Frank! More
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after being a loyal customer of this dealership dating back to when it was Biener Audi, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I've owed 5 Audis and the last 2 w customer of this dealership dating back to when it was Biener Audi, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I've owed 5 Audis and the last 2 we purchased were 2 brand-new Audis from Biener Audi at the time over the years which we always received exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, since the dealership became Audi of Great Neck, our experience has been the exact opposite, especially with under the new leadership regime. Recently, I brought my 2020 Audi Q5 in for a major electrical issue involving the rear lighting system. The vehicle remained at the dealership for approximately three weeks while the ECM was replaced. I appreciated that the repair was eventually completed, but I expected the issue to be permanently resolved. Last Wednesday evening, I was pulled over by a New York State Trooper because my rear tail lights had failed again, the exact same issue I had previously brought the vehicle in for. Fortunately, I received only a warning, but this could have easily resulted in a ticket or, more importantly, created a serious safety hazard. I contacted Audi of Great Neck service advisor, who told me he would get back to me. As of today, I have not received a single callback. I have left multiple messages throughout the week, including for the Service Manager, and have still heard nothing. Meanwhile, we are essentially unable to safely drive the vehicle because we risk being stopped again or being involved in an accident due to the lighting issue. To make matters worse, when I called to schedule another service appointment, I was told there would not be a loaner vehicle available until September 8. Given that this appears to be a recurrence of a previous repair involving a critical safety system, I expected the dealership to make every effort to accommodate the situation. Instead, I was left feeling like just another number. My frustration extends beyond the service department. I was also seriously considering purchasing a new 2026 Audi S5 from this dealership. They initially offered a low trade-in number for my exceptionally clean, low-mileage vehicle, while multiple other dealerships offered $5000 more. My sales consultant, Pierre, has been professional and a pleasure to work with. I was handed off to work with their Sales Manager Peter and asked me to bring the my car back so they could reevaluate it my trade and see if they could improve the offer. I did exactly that. After following up multiple times, I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do. I also spoke with another manager Cammy beforehand and mentioned my concerns about the new leadership team not being the same as the previous team, and would do everything to keep me in the family and make it a superb experience for me, however that effort went nowhere. It became clear that the dealership simply was not interested in earning my business. What disappoints me most is how dramatically this dealership has changed from the Biener Audi days. The communication, accountability, and customer-first attitude that once defined this dealership seem to be gone. When a dealership fails to return calls about an unresolved safety-related repair, cannot provide reasonable accommodations for a repeat issue, and shows little flexibility with a loyal customer looking to purchase another Audi, it leaves a lasting impression, and not a positive one. I truly hope Audi of Great Neck takes customer service seriously and works to restore the standards that once made this dealership outstanding. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I can no longer recommend them. More
If you buy from out-of-state, this dealership will overcharge for registration fees and keep the difference entitled to you. I wanted to share my experience, as I hope it helps other consumers in th overcharge for registration fees and keep the difference entitled to you. I wanted to share my experience, as I hope it helps other consumers in their transaction. I am a NJ resident that purchased 2025 Q3 under finance. I had delays receiving my DMV documents; plates/registration were received approx 1WK after the temp plates were expired, but want to highlight the questionable practice on their registration fees related to their 3rd party service. I was charged $583 for "LICENSE AND TITLE (EST.)", I challenged this cost as it appeared too high and was informed that the balance vs the actual cost would be mailed. I started following up Dec, when no communication or refund was received. Early January after several followups, I received a statement reflecting "Alpine DMV Service Fee" of $100, and DMV fees of $169 totaling $269, with a check of $18.50. I requested $295 to reconcile vs the $583 and was assured a followup. It's been several weeks, no communication and don't expect one at this point. My recommendation for out of state purchasers is to check their DMV costs going in, and if from NJ, make sure these costs are not reflecting higher than $300. More

The communication was horrible amongst my service advisor Dan, and Rocky who oversees the service department as the service manager. They put me in a rental which I was told I wouldnt have to worry about any cost and fees due to audi covering it. Once I received my car , hertz made an attempt to take out $4,000 out of my account which was declined because i had an insufficient amount in that particular account. The reason why Hertz made that attempt to take money out of my account was because audi failed to send hertz a purchase order and the payment fell on me. A week later on November 6, 2025 hertz made another attempt to take money out of my account in which this payment actually went through. The total amount was $1,048.00 . Its now December 8th, 2025 and audi or hertz has yet to issue me a refund for the money that they took out of my account. Its been a month later and i havent received anything. Areed who is the loan manager, told me that hertz would send my money back and last week and that havent happened as of yet. Rocky on plenty occasions made false promises in regards to return my call and at times he never called me back. I always have to call them and most of the time they say they will call me back and never call back . If you can take your car to another shop to avoid what I had to endure please do so to save yourself the headache. This place doesn't care much about their customers and people who work hard to have an audi. The communication is very poor and they make false promises. Hopefully I get my money back soon with the holidays approaching. More

I have bought 5 Audis from this dealership over 17 years and have referred potential customers as well. The most recent time I went to the dealership, I found out that ownership of the dealership was being and have referred potential customers as well. The most recent time I went to the dealership, I found out that ownership of the dealership was being transferred. I never had any trouble whatsoever purchasing cars from what had been Beiner Audi. This time, after some negotiation, the salesperson and I reached a deal. He wrote up the deal and on a yellow pad listed the factors leading up to our agreed price. The next morning I showed up with a bank check. The purchase price for the car somehow jumped $4,000. Plus, they undervalued my trade-in by at least $4,000. I love driving the Audi. I've had a A6, A7 and several A4s. Recently, I went back to what is now Great Neck Audi. I saw the salesman with whom I dealt some six months earlier and walked out of the store. I bought a Lexus, but it didn't handle as well as my Audis. I have to qualify this review by stating that the Service Department at this location has been top notch in every respect, even after the change of ownership. More
