Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your years of loyalty to the Audi brand. Our team would like to apologize that your recent service and sales experiences did not reflect the level of communication and support you expected. We understand your concerns regarding the recurring repair, the delays in follow-up, and the trade-in process. We’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience and work toward a resolution. Please contact Kane Mohamed at kmohamed@audigreatneck.com at your earliest convenience.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to update this review because the dealership's response below has not resulted in a resolution. On August 3, Audi Great Neck publicly responded to my review, apologized for my experience, and specifically asked me to contact Kane Mohamed so they could "work toward a resolution." I did exactly that. I was able to briefly connect with Kane and explained the situation. I was told he would look into the matter and get back to me. Unfortunately, despite leaving multiple follow-up messages, I still have not received the promised callback or a resolution. I also escalated the matter directly to Audi Great Neck's General Manager, Jorgina Beto, by email more than a week ago. I explained the recurring rear-lighting failure, the fact that I had been pulled over by a New York State Trooper because the lights were not functioning, and my inability to get assistance from the service department. I have received no response from the General Manager either. This makes the situation even more disappointing. The dealership publicly responded to my review saying they wanted an opportunity to discuss my experience and work toward a resolution. I gave them that opportunity and followed their instructions, yet I am still trying to get someone to take ownership of the problem. Meanwhile, my 2020 Audi Q5 continues to have a potentially serious rear-lighting issue that appears to have returned after the vehicle previously spent approximately three weeks at Audi Great Neck for repair, including replacement of the ECM. My wife and I are reluctant to use the vehicle because of the safety concern and the possibility of being stopped again. I have now escalated the matter to Audi of America and requested their assistance. After owning five Audis, this entire experience is extremely disappointing. Customer service isn't demonstrated by posting an apology underneath a negative review; it's demonstrated by what happens afterward. Unfortunately, despite repeated calls, messages, escalation to management, and now the dealership's own public invitation to contact them, I am still waiting for meaningful assistance. I sincerely hoped Audi Great Neck would use this opportunity to make things right. So far, that has not happened.

Thank you for sharing your experience. For clarity, out of state registrations are processed through a licensed third party service and all DMV related charges are regulated and itemized. In this case, the registration fees were estimated at the time of purchase and the difference between the estimate and the final NJ DMV cost was refunded once the registration was completed. A total refund of $295.50 was issued, with the final balance sent once all state documentation was finalized. If you would like to review the breakdown or have any remaining questions, Frank Galante can be reached directly at 516-829-2834 ext. 114 or fgalante@audigreatneck.com.
