Returned to dealership, with reservations, following poor experience with previous sales person ( no longer there!) and irritation with one service advisor ( who I will Never deal with again)
What a difference this time! A really pleasant, patient and well informed sales agent, a great technical assistant, and a sympathetic general manager who listened to our earlier reservations.
The dealer was very underdsanding of my needs to the car. All my questions were answered with an excellent explanation. We were able to easily pick the car we wanted with barely any problems considering the time we were at the dealership. The experience at the Audi dealership was also better than expected.
I truly appreciate you allowing me to have a loaner for the day of service, but could you have the tech giving out the car that he might ask "are you familiar with this model?"
Last service I had was a 2018 A3 whereas I come from a 2015 A4. The controls are way different !!

You will love working with Mike Firoutzale of Biener Audi. This is our second car with Mike and each time he has been incredibly nice and a wonderful resource for all things Audi. Not the usual run-around at all. Rather, a person you would want to have as a friend and advisor. We went in to see Mike on a Thursday and drove out with a new All-Road on Friday. Peter Wiehl was both courteous and professional and made me feel very comfortable during the sales part. He went over the top in explaining all the features on my car. He also understood my apprehension w the technology and took his time w me. Brian Paige made the financial part painless. He too explained everything in great detail.
