I bought my car from Bob Swope Ford The full package with the warranty and I bought the car completely cash and since when we bought the car, we have the noise in the engine and in the wheel and the sal with the warranty and I bought the car completely cash and since when we bought the car, we have the noise in the engine and in the wheel and the salesman his name Paul check the car and he find it out the cards have broken his struts and the car it’s it’s it’s safe to drive and he give us a promise to replace the threats and nothing is wrong with the car and after that the car one month later is gone for the service and they they sent us for Big M Chevy who is located in Radcliffe and they kept it for many months and taking the money from the warranty and they never figured out what’s going on with the car just they taken the money from the warranty and he kept the car for many months to replace the engine and they replaced the engine with bad engine and two certified mechanic they say is the engine whose Big M and the swap port replaced is bad engine and when they put the engine on the car they left two big xxxxx in the engine and that causing danger and and safety issues for me and for the passengers all what they’re trying to do just taking the money from the warranty and scamming the people and West our times And after all of that, they requested me to call the warranty because they can’t fix my car just to keep the couple money months and play games and their mechanics and their employees do not proficient to do their job who is getting paid for not seeing this because I’m mad with them just because they did they wasting my time and they waste the money and they can’t figure it out and they never been straight to say everything in my face ####%Reply for the owner of Swope Ford I tried to contact Mr. Harry as you send me the reply of my review and I sent a certified mail with a whole package who is having the all the documents who’s prove my problems with your company since over the last week and a send a email for Mr. Harry and for all the people I just swap for who is involved in my problem, but I never heard any Feedback from anyone unfortunately I think no one having a time to talk with me More
