When we arrived at the dealership, we received immediate attention from Mark Mauricio. Mark answered all our questions and explained every detail of the SRX. When we decided that the SRX was the vehicle for us, Mark introduced us to Jimmy Mauricio the General Sales Manager. Both Mark and Jimmy went above and beyond to help close the deal on the SRX we wanted. Enough can't be said about the quality of service we received at Ron Carter of Clear Lake. Thank you for all of your efforts in getting me into my first cadillac. I have been told that once I drove a cadillac, I wouldn't want to drive anything else. So far, I believe that. Mr Deron was a great salesman, very knowledgable about the vehicles we were interested in and wasn't one of those "pushy" salesman.
