My husband and I were shopping different makes/models of SUVs, and we dread car shopping. Clint greeted us and was not the typical pushy salesperson. He was knowledgeable about answering my questions, and I had many! We were able to test drive the car and Clint went along for the ride. We listened for any road noise and the sound of the engine. Clint did not constantly chat about all the features like some salespeople do. As we asked questions, he kindly elaborated on the different options available. We returned a few weeks later and purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX. Clint returned my phone calls promptly and even sent me pictures of the car with the new rims after they installed them. I even asked again about the Michelin tires and he could have said, Yes, they are on the vehicle, but quickly snapped a picture and sent that to me as well while I was at work. We arrived at the dealership late in the evening, but he still reviewed the many features of our new purchase. He also preset some of my options per my request and said to call if I forget or have any additional questions. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, please go visit and ask for Clint Conley. This was a great experience. After searching the internet for multiple used cars, including Ford Escapes, Toyota 4Runners, Honda Elements, and Subura Outbacks / Foresters, we decided to go to 5 different dea for multiple used cars, including Ford Escapes, Toyota 4Runners, Honda Elements, and Subura Outbacks / Foresters, we decided to go to 5 different dealerships to see all the various cars we wanted to test drive. Having such a wide variety of cars to look at and test drive, we never would have thought that it would be the dealerhsip and/or sales associate that would make the difference, but little did we know... it absolutely was. We were greated at Ron Carter by the gentleman I spoke with on the phone the day prior about a 2008 Honda Element, his name was Clint Conley. Clint not only greated us with a friendly down-to-Earth attitude as we arrived, but he had the Element pulled around front, and completely cleaned as if we already purchased the car. This effort was immediately noticed and greatly appreciated. No other dealership or associate did this for us, and it truly made the difference. We obviously liked the Element, but having it prepped and ready to go really made the decision so easy. (we were able to see blemishes, which there were none, and really get a sense of buying a NEW car instead of a used car). It is becuase of Clint's extra efforts and friendlyness that made this experience not only enjoyable, but also quick and easy. It was truly a no-brainer! More
