I knew what I was looking for, so Mark was able to confirm the features and benefits for us. Within a short time, we had purchased a vehicle I had been considering for some time. Everyone at the dealership was great and we were kept updated on the stafus of car. The staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. This was an outstanding experience, probably the best dealership experiences ever ! Buying a new vehicle is a large purchase and can't be considered lightly. I gave the highest rating because Jimmy and Mark were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I accompanied my 80 year old father to shop for a Cadillac SRX. After visiting a different dealership that was closer to his home in Kingwood, but that did not have good customer service, my father ended up purchasing a car from Mark and Jimmy at Ron Carter. My father was extremely nervous about shopping for a car and Mark and Jimmy were very patient and took great care and time to explain everything to us. They never pressured us and constantly reassured us that they would do their best to help us find the exact car my father wanted. I would highly recommend Ron Carter Cadillac along with Mark and Jimmy to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Cadillac. The customer service was exemplary! If I were the owner of a car dealership or any company for that matter, the first two people I would hire would be Jimmy Mauricio and Mark Mauricio. My father is an extremely satisfied customer! More

My husband and I had been considering purchasing a new vehicle for several months and had visited other dealerships during this time. At Ron Carter Cadillac I felt that our business was important to them vehicle for several months and had visited other dealerships during this time. At Ron Carter Cadillac I felt that our business was important to them and that they wanted to find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle within our price range. Mark Mauricio shared his knowledge of the vehicles with me, addressed my questions and was very easy to talk to. I went to the dealership to fix my CTS Cadillac but the cost was a bit high. George and I talked about a new car and seemed to be exited about an ATS and how good the car was. I went for a ride and I immediately fell in love with the car. It appeared to me that George and the manager wanted me to leave with the new car. I agree if they could come up with a good deal; they did and I bought the car without any regrets. The car purchasing has been the best experience I ever had with a dealership. Excellent dealer. I visited the facility three times. Made my purchase on my third visit. Great customer service and knowledgable salesman. I was not dressed in diamonds or pearls, but was treated as if I were.
