This was by far the most fantastic vehicle purchase we have ever experienced! We live on a ranch near the Rio Grande Valley, so when we decided to look into purchasing a Cadillac SRX, we first visited a have ever experienced! We live on a ranch near the Rio Grande Valley, so when we decided to look into purchasing a Cadillac SRX, we first visited a Rio Grande Valley Cadillac dealership, whose inventory was so small that they did not have the exact car we wanted. We were told we would need to order it and that it would take six weeks to get. On the way home I used my iPad to check out Cadillac dealerships and inventories in Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Houston. The first thing that impressed me about Ron Carter Cadillac was the incredible volume of their inventory. Not only did they have over 100 SRX's on their lot, they had several in the color I wanted. The next morning I went to the website, located a vehicle which I thought met my requirements, and sent an email inquiring about it. Not even 15 minutes later I had a phone call from Jimmy Mauricio who was extremely helpful and professional. He offered a very fair price for our trade-in vehicle, and--the most impressive of all--he told me that Ron Carter Cadillac could deliver my new SRX all the way to my residence--roughly a 6-hour drive one-way. By that afternoon we "sealed the deal" with Jimmy--all without having to step foot in the dealership. As though we were not impressed enough by then, four days later Jimmy Mauricio HIMSELF drove my new SRX to me (I expected that a "driver" would deliver the vehicle to me). Equally remarkable was his professional attire (tailored black suit emblazoned with the Cadillac logo) and demeanor. He took time to show me the features of my new SRX and even set up the OnStar system for me. About 10 days later we were in the Clear Lake area so I called Jimmy to see if my license plates were in so that we could pick them up rather than having them mailed. Again Jimmy impressed by pulling some strings to see that we could get our plates that day. I have shared my Ron Carter/Jimmy Mauricio experience with no less than 30 people who were equally impressed! I am confident that if they consider purchasing a Cadillac that they will remember my story and go to Ron Carter Cadillac first. More

My husband and I were shopping different makes/models of SUVs, and we dread car shopping. Clint greeted us and was not the typical pushy salesperson. Clint did not constantly chat about all the features like some salespeople do. As we asked questions, he kindly elaborated on the different options available. We returned a few weeks later and purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX. Clint returned my phone calls promptly and even sent me pictures of the car with the new rims after they installed them. I even asked again about the Michelin tires and he could have said, Yes, they are on the vehicle, but quickly snapped a picture and sent that to me as well while I was at work. We arrived at the dealership late in the evening, but he still reviewed the many features of our new purchase.
